• GLR Prayer Line - Monday through Saturday @ 6:30 a.m.  Dial 1.712.432.6100 and when prompted enter passcode 118175 followed by the # key.  If conference is not in session, system will place you on hold until the moderator arrives.
• If you are going to be admitted to the hospital or if you are admitted to the hospital, please call the church office to let the secretary know so that the appropriate people can be notified.
• When you come to church for any service or meeting, please make sure you LOCK your vehicle doors.  There have been a rash of thefts in the area with most happening in the daytime from vehicles parked in front of occupied homes.  Please spread the word to GLR members and anyone that you know that may live around GLR!
  
• Attention MARRIAGE RETREAT GROUP ~ It's not too early to start making payments on your Couples Cruise.  To make payments, please call Colleen Martin at 1-888-969-4768.  Press 1 then ext. 82215.  Reference Group Booking # 6573359.  You can either giver her a credit/debit card number along with legal names used on your registration form or you may give Adetoun Sanders CASH to make the payment on your behalf to Carnival Cruise Lines and invoice you.  NO CHECKS PLEASE!
• This semester of ROCK Night/JAM has ended.  Prayer, Praise & Preaching will resume on January 18 at 6:30 p.m.  The Spring semester of ROCK Night/JAM will begin on March 7.  (Click here for ROCK Night/JAM schedule).
  
• Tutors needed!  If you are interested in being part of the GLR Tutorial Ministry, please see Tondalaio Sears or call the CE Office at 433.4787 ext. 100.
  
• Now available in the GLR Bookstore:  CDs - "Now I Know Why" by Stephen Johnson, "Testimonial Exhortations", "Apostolic Parables", "I Gotta Go..." all by Saint Nik.  There are books available, too.  They are:  "100 Ways in 100 Days to Live One Way" by N'Kosi Jones, "Trash Thoughts" by Lavender Williams and "A Word for Your Womb" by Alicia L. Waters.  The Bookstore is open every Sunday before and after each worship service.
  
• The Youth Ministry will meet on Saturday, February 11 during youth choir rehearsal.  All adults who are interested in joining the Youth Ministry team are encouraged to come.  For more information, contact Arabia Marshall at YouthMinistryGLRBC@gmail.com.
• If you are interested in participating in the Health Ministry, there will be a meeting on February 11 at 11:30 a.m.  For more information, please see Connie Monroe.
• There is a VERY IMPORTANT meeting for those interested in going or sponsoring someone for the Haiti Trip on February 12 in the sanctuary from 9:30-10:30 a.m.  All those who are going to participate in the Haiti Mission Trip will need to bring half of the $1550.00 fee.  Brother Chuck of Truth Ministry will attend the meeting to provide information and to answer questions.  For further information, please contact Lotta Vinson at eodirector@glrockbc.org.
• The GLR Men’s Ministry presents “The Measure of a Man, Part 1: Men Mentoring Men” being facilitated by Pastor Wesley. Join us on the Saturday before the 3rd Sunday in each month at 9:00 a.m. in the Men’s Ministry room. Pre-register now in the bookstore.
• The Single’s Ministry will meet on February 11 at 6:00 p.m. in the Phase II. Please come in through the daycare entrance. See you there!
• The Women’s Ministry will meet Saturday, February 11 at 9:00 a.m. in the Women’s Ministry room in Phase 2.
